DR means the Door is open. You may have a faulty door switch, very common. However you must perform the troubleshooting procedures.

From my understanding your Frigidaire frontload washer, GLTF2940FS1, is displaying an "E11" error code. Typically, "E11" stands for fill time too long which means you could have an issue within your pressure sensor or control board. I would recommend a reset on your washer and that can be done by flipping the household circuit breaker off for ten minutes.
