probably because you have it set to 12 pm midnight and not 12 noon so at 12 noon it is actually midnight when the date will change
reset the time of the day to am or pm and any pm settings will change the date at 12 midnight.
The date changes every second time the hour hand passes 12 O'clock.
Your watches' second pass is at midday instead of midnight, so to make it operate correctly, you need to wind it on 12 hours. The date will then change at midnight.
Hello,
This is because you have reversed am with pm. Set your watch 12 hours back and the problem should be solved. You might want to wait till midnight or noon to check it's fine.
Note: if you see the day shows the previous day rather than the present day, you have to set the clock 24h ahead. Problem solved!
Reset the time by 12 hours. Just wind the hands to the right time but only go around once not twice. So for example it's 5 pm now. Wind the hands around again to go to 5 again. It should do the trick.
Check that you have set the time at the correct AM or PM setting. If this setting is wrong it may appear that the date is changing in 12 hours because it sees 12 midday as 12 midnight.

The Skagen watches have two-step stem; fully pulled out will change the time and partially pulled out will change the date (only goes one way so try turning it counter-clockwise or clockwise - I forget which is correct). It's easier to find the date length by extending it all the way and then go back toward the case. It won't change the date if you run it through a 24-hour cycle - you have to do the half-way thing. Hope this helps.
