I was running my coleman powermate 6250 gen power 305 with 10 hp briggs and strattion ohv and it stop maken power i shut it off put a new end on my cord started it up short time latter same thing happened but this time the power never came back i thought the cord was fine but i thougth that was problem when worked after putting new end on cord

As it is a Briggs Engine most quality Briggs dealers can get the carb. It isn't special to Coleman I don't believe.

What I would check is the fuel filter, and also if it is a Briggs enging there is a fuel pump on it and it works off piston vacume

This is really not something you can do. There is a fair bit of engineering that would have to be done and then there is wiring and mounting, etc.

try checking the WKM setting...i dont know what its called in english....but we call it WKM ...on my gen. its a peice of metal (with OHV written on it)...if you don't know how to set it...send me an email at
