If your are not using HE soap then this error will be displayed. If you are using HE soap then you might want to run your washer with an empty load with no soap and see if the error still comes up.

• Open the drawer fully. Look at the rear of the support slide is there a small, black plastic lever on one side push the lever down, the other side pull the lever up.
• Remove the small screw on either side of the support slide at the front of the drawer. Lift the drawer and push support slide away from the drawer

not an easy task---try to remove the drawer. there is a bolt going upwards in each corner (inside)

If it is heating , check for a kinked or stopped up vent

Hold down "end of cycle" button for three seconds.

I had a similar problem, but mine was with the detergent side. I removed the top of the washer and had to clean the dial that advances to let the cyle of dispensing continue. It worked, but now the machine shakes and I am told is 'unbalanced'

lay the machine on its back. unbolt the base. 4 bolts. then set the duet back up. Its pretty easy to do but it takes two people to man handle the unit because it is so heavy. Please leave feedback if this helped.

I had the same problem...thanks for posting a solution. I agree with the solution posted above, but on my unit they are 1/4" HEX head screws, not phillips. Look at the illustration on page 4 here for help:

is your pump clogged if not check the lid switch
