if you mean the WEP key to be able to connect to the router then there is no way of getting this Legally but if you are connected to the router already and you just want to access the control panel then enter the routers ip into your browser address bar. the default ip for this router is 192.168.1.1 the default username is 'admin' and the default password is '1234' if it has not been changed by your housemate.

It looks like you want to update your fireware. If you go to the following site. You should be able to get the lastest fireware for the P-320W router. Download the zip file and there is a Fireware Upgrade Utility executable file that can detect your router or you place in your IP address of the device.

The default address to get to the web interface is 192.168.1.1

The default password is 1234 (No username required)

If that doesn't work, you can restore it to the factory default by pressing the reset button on the back and holding it in for 10 seconds. Be aware that doing this will erase all existing configuration information.

The user manual has the default username and password. if you didn't get a paper manual, check the cd, the manual may be on the cd in a manual folder.
