The line out of the bottom of the fuel tank goes to the curved brass line coming out of the carburetor and the straight brass line out of the carburetor goes to the short side coming out of the primer bulb. The long side of the primer bulb goes back to the fuel tank.
@ renthusband...Now mine could be different than yours, but the short fuel line connection on the primer bulb says in, which would suggest it needs to be connect to the tank so gas would go into the bulb and then out of the bulbs long connection to the carb. As I said, mine might be different and most primer bulbs have "In" stamped on the molded plastic next to one of the fuel line connection ports. Not trying to be difficult, but I had this wrong years ago and while gas will still flow in to the bulb regardless of how it's hooked up, the motor will not run right if hooked up backwards. Hope this helps and good luck!

IM WRONG!! I spoke too quick, and this is a pull through system not a push in system. The primer bulb pulls the fuel through the carb and through the main fuel line, so rentahusband is correct. Sorry and let me ******* now and go hide in a corner! :)
