Normally 3 standard sockets for audio, line in, line out and mic in, that are coloured blue green and pink respectively, for audio out connect to green socket (3.5mm jack plug)
You connect the Tv sound out to your sound card.
The sound card will either be onboard (the motherboard) or a separate PCI card .
You can find it by looking at the back of your pc and you should see 3 Micro Jack inputs Green, Pink and Blue. There may be more, these are the main ones.
Green - Line out to speakers.
Pink - Line in from Microphone.
Blue - Auxiliary line in.
I'd connect the tv card to the Blue input.
If your TV card only has a Phono connection you're going to need a cable with Phono on one end and Micro jack (3.5mm) on the other.

You need an Dual RCA to PHONO 3.5mm, this plugs into the EXTERNAL INPUT on the rear of the PC's sound system jacks.
