Yes, it can be fixed but you have multiple problems. By the time you replace all that has to be you would be better off buying another disposable TV.

WHY is it suddenly, overnight, my Navman EZY 45 has gone from working perfectly to the touch screen hardly working at all? All the buttons have moved ie: You CAN'T touch on the button you want, you need to touch either the one above or below it. As for the Accept and address buttons, well that's just not happening, back = Q and so on.
I have formatted, reloaded maps, done everything Navman has suggested. Is this a Hardware issue? If so, a rarely used 15 month old unit will be going in the bin and I will compare other brands.
Any help appreciated as I love this small but great unit.

This maight seem stupid but have you tried cleaning the screen and reseting it ( Home + Sleep/wake button for about 15 seconds ) This worked for me when it loaded things on the other side of the screen from what i was pressing.

For a three years old set, first place to look is the main power supply capacitors, at least the 5vdc standby circuit is working, the problem can be as bad as the main controller board, but look at the power supply first.

I found your site confusing. If you had read my post, you would have noticed that my problem referred to a 15" flat screen 'CELLO' .TV/DVD combo. I had sound but no picture. When switched on, the screen lit up and the word CELLO appeared then the sreen went black
