My phone not getting signal properly when a signal low area.some time even is signal available,cant take call to phone.

This is $100 budget phone for seniors, so I am thinking the quality must be low. However the problem states that poor signal and network strength is the issue. You need to contact your Telco about the reception where you live. Low signal strength can also be caused physically where you live, say if you live in a basement apartment within a family home.

Hello. It's possible that your cellular service area that you are located in, has low and limited connection available..

Call your service provider on a different phone to let them know that you are not getting service in all the areas you've tried. Indicate how far away from each location that you are unable to get signal from. If you can not get signal anywhere at all, this should also be addressed. They may even walk you through resetting your APN settings

In some cases, it could just be the building that you are located in that is blocking cellular service.

Sometimes, it could be a fault of the service provider. They may need to reset your connection on their side. If not, at least you can get them to try..

Other things you can do:

1) On your device: Make sure that your SIM card is perfectly sitting in its tray and on the connectors..

2) On your device: Make sure that your mobile cellular connection is enabled

3) On your device: Make sure that airplane mode is not enabled

It's based on dBM and asu and not the bars you actually see. Even if you may see fewer bars you could have equal quality. The phones, based on different OS may be calibrated a little differently. It's best to contact your service provider and verify....

1. Your SIM is properly programmed.
2. Your PRL is updated
3. You have a recent SIM

The ideal solution temporarily is to find a spot with wifi.
The "network is probably not your phone's problem. Its either the network having problems or your location.
The problem is that u cant get a proper network at that place. In your phone, come to the home screen, where wallpaper & other options are displayed. There'll be two indicators, one of your battery, & the other, of the same style & behaviour, the network indicator. That tells you about your signal strength.
First, restart your phone, it'll refresh the network. If there's still a problem, then it means that u cant get a proper connection to that network. Then what u should do is- If you're in a crouded area, or in a room, go out in the open. Or if you're in a village, then you cant find signal there easily. But rather travelling for good network, you should use someone else's phone which can get signal or a landline. Or if you want signal, you'll have to travel to some distance, or maybe even a long distance. That's all which can be done.

Make sure that the signal reception is good & try to increase the in-call volume , if that does not help, its time to send the cellphone back to service center.....

It sounds like you may have a poor 3G reception in your area. Even though other O2 phones are working better they may be running on the 2G masts in your area.
Try in setting/network menu turning off 3G reception, that way the device will only look for 2G masts. Your handset will give priority to 3G masts where available and sometimes will hold onto the weakest signal making poor call quality, and or dropping connection.
Advantages to using 2G only = better standby and talk time / better reception where 3G is poor.
Disadvantages = Slower web browsing / no video calls.

WEP / WPA will only apply if you are connecting using WI FI and have nothing to do with your mobile network connection.

Call your cell phone provider and they may make a satelite adjustment for the areas you state that are weak.(see if they tell you that your the first one to tell them this about the weak signal)

Network signal strength is not based on your phone. It is based on the network. Poor sigal is their problem, Call them. If this rates as helpful, please post as such.TY
