I have got an icandy push chair from john lewis, a year ago and, when i got down a cirbe it will collaps. i was just wondering how much it will be to repair? and where abouts your company is ? write back as soon as possible many thanks georgia. it has not got the model of the pram on here but it is a icandy push chair.

The problem is that John Lewis didn't make it, they just got an established maker to put the John Lewis name on it.

Hello, MY NAME IS Philip Lees and i designed the Sandringham cot bed, I supplied it to John Lewis for 12 years, it was there best selling cot throught them stocking it.

I had a similar problem with mine, check if the central shaft on which the blades turn hasn't become lose and is no longer engaging the gears on the underside of the helicopter.

If the whole shaft can move up and down then this probably means it has come loose, you can solve this by squeezing the lower set of blades towards the bottom gear with your fingers. You should feel the bottom blades move slightly down, if you push them too far they will stick against the main body so you might need to pull them up slightly.

Ours did exactly the same thing - collapsed with our son in it. This happened several times and we were constantly having to pull the chassis up on one side until it clicked again. Emailed Quinny - no response. Took it back to John Lewis and they sent it away and gave us a loan chassis. Quinny couldn't fix it so sent a shabby second hand replacement (outrageous!). We and John Lewis went mad and they finally supplied a new chassis. good luck!
