hello mam for two years you have not used the washer so the bearings may worned out so lubricate the bearings and check the belt should not have any cracks on it,and after lubricating run the machine without loading clothes the observe the noise if seems to be same then change the bearing to change the bearing call the engineer.

Make sure all springs are still in their place tilt the machine back and look under it and you can see them. 2nd all legs must be level as well as the floor.
It sounds like the lid switch. If it ws the coupler the water would drain. Check to see if the lid switch is clicking when you put the lid down. replace the lid switch. You have a great washer. Fairly cheap fix.
