Sorry but your LCD needs replacement. Take it to the apple store and see if they'll give you a replacement. If they don't there are third party iPhone Repair Services that can fix it for you. There are also free iPhone Repair guide that show you how to fix it yourself.

Change I-phone screen from vertical to horizontal

You can change your screen from vertical to horizontal by the way you hold it. If you have the vertical/horizontal turned off you just unlock your phone and slide up with your finger from the bottom to the top and the menu with brightness, sound, airplane mode, wireless, etc., will come up. Click on the last bottom in the first row that looks like a lock with a circle around it and make sure it says that its off (which will be black instead of white).

Iphone has a white screen with vertical black lines and is stuck in vibrating

Do a "hard reset" (push the home button and power button for 10 seconds) until an Apple logo appears.

If the problem is still happening, your local Apple Store should be able to replace the display.

if is not water damage , apple should repair it. If not well open the iphone go to youtube see vid how to open it. turn off iphone open it just pull off #1 and put back in. that's the lcd connector. This should work if not take #1 then #2 and # 3 put all conector back that should work. #1 Lcd conectot #2 is the Digitizer #IS the ligth. If you got gray lines the lcd may be broken.

Dropped iphone with WHITE Screen

Hi
There might be a Flex cable that disconnected in the phone, you will need to bring it to a cell phone shop or apple to have a look at it.
