I HAVE A POLAROID DRM-2001GRF HDD DVD RECORDER. RECENTLY, WITH EVERY DISC I BURN, IT SEEMS LIKE IT MAY NOT BE FINALIZING THE DVD. I CAN BURN IT, IT APPEARS TO BE BURNED IN ON THE DISC, AND IT WILL PLAY IN THE POLAROID, BUT IT WILL NOT PLAY IN ANY OTHER MACHINE (PC, DVD-R/RW PLAYERS, STANDARD DVD PLAYERS, XBOX, PS2, PORTABLE DVD PLAYERS, NOTHING). THIS HAS NOT ALWAYS BEEN THE CASE. WHEN IT WAS NEW, IT WOULD PLAY MY BURNED DVD'S ON ANY MACHINE. BTW. I AM BURNING ON A "IMATION DVD-R-16X SINGLE LAYER DVD". COULD THIS HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH MY PROBLEM?

The player plays DVD-R are....
but not in the list of recording side...

Give a try reinstalling the polaroid software .. guess the problem lies in that!!
