First, see the Sears parts site for your washer:

Look at the section / diagram for the Console and you should see the part you need with the Sears part number and price:
The "Manufacturers Substitute" is a Whirlpool part number and you should be able to find one at a local appliance parts dealer.
If not, you can order one from Sears.

I understand that you are trying to replace the selector knob on your Frigidaire washer, GLTF2940E. Normally this is not a DIY job and we would recommend having a technician come out to the home in order to properly disassemble your front panel and replace the selector knob as needed.
