CHANGING THE SCREEN ASPECT RATIO: ( From Manual )
The TV can display images in four different modes: Wide, Zoom, Panoramic, and Normal. Each mode displays the picture differently. To change the screen aspect ratio:
1. Press the MENU button on the remote.
2. Use the Arrow buttons to highlight the Wide icon. Press OK.
3. Use the Arrow buttons to highlight your desired screen mode and press OK:
• Normal preserves the content's original aspect ratio. Since the 4:3 aspect ratio is not large enough to fill the TV's screen, black bars are added to the left and right of the display image.
• Wide stretches a 4:3 aspect ratio picture to the edges of the screen. Since the picture is being stretched, the display image may appear distorted. If the program is already formatted for widescreen viewing (1.85:1 or 2.35:1), then black bars will appear on the top and bottom of the display image.
• Zoom expands images with black bars to fit the screen.
• Panoramic expands the display image to fill the screen.
images may appear wider than intended.
If you are watching widescreen (1.85:1 or 2.35:1) content, black bars will still appear on the top and bottom of the display image. This option is only available when the TV is displaying a 480i/480p source.
Perhaps you should read page 164 of the (English) manual.
When you use a "slow" memory card, on the right side of the screen a 5 bar indicator may appear, indication the buffer is running out of space. When the bar is "full" the recording will be stopped.
The slower the card the sooner the bar appears and the sooner the bar is full.
When you are using a fast card (C10 or U1) it takes longer, for the bar to appear. Or perhaps the bar won't come on at all.
It is a known problem of ccd imager chip failure in your Canon camera. Replace ccd imager chip by local camera repair shop to get correct live image in camera mode. Tell me if the problem is intermittent. Thanks.
When this machine was started after connecting the Color Image Reader-E1/F1, the screen for the shutdown sequence appeared (and E732-9999 was recorded as an error history in service mode). When the main power switch was turned OFF/ON by following the instruction on the screen, the error code "E732-8888" was displayed. When connecting the Color Image Reader-E1/F1, follow the field remedy below. - E732-9999 is recorded when a printer model detects a scanner for the first time. (This is not an error code but an alert.) - E732-8888 can be displayed when a different scanner is connected to this machine.
1. Connect the Color Image Reader to this machine. (Do not connect the DDI cable). 2. Turn ON the main power switch. 3. Change the setting values of the following service mode items. - Service mode > COPIER > Option > BODY > W/SCNR: from '0' to '1'. - Service mode > COPIER > Option > BODY > SCANTYPE: from '1' to '0'. Reference: For the Color Image Reader-E1/F1, this mode has to be set to '0'. On the other hand, it has to be set to '1' for the Duplex Color Image Reader-G1. - Color Image Reader-E1: Platen cover model - Duplex Color Image Reader-F1: Two-sided reversal reading type ADF model (DADF-M1) - Duplex Color Image Reader-G1: Two-sided simultaneous reading type ADF model (DADF-T1: only for the iRC5180) 4. Turn OFF the main power switch, and connect the DDI cable. 5. Turn the main power switch ON. Note: How to turn OFF the main power switch. When turning off the main power switch, be sure to follow the steps below to protect the HDD inside this machine. 1. Hold down the control panel switch for 3 sec or more. 2. Following the instruction displayed on the shutdown screen, operate the control panel. (The main power switch is turned OFF automatically.) 3. If there is a need to unplug the power cord (from the wall outlet), perform step1 and 2 above before unplugging it.
My advice is that you should by a DV cleaning cassette. Put this in the camera and run it for 10 to 20 seconds only. running the cleaning cassette for a long time may damage the head. good luck! Luwangula

I find that .gif images and .jpg images work the best. plug your MP3 player into the computer
Go to MY COMPUTER, you should see a scroll bar on the left.
Find your .AMV VIDEO
Drag file to the Scroll Bar, hold the file over the GPX DEVICE
Two folders will appear under it.Put file into ALBUMS
To then access videos put onto the device.Hold the MODE BUTTON on your MP3 player until you are returned to your menu screen.Scroll to MOVIES and your videos will be there. :DTo return to listening to music or looking at Pictures, hold the MODE BUTTON and simply select your desired destination.
The filename (e.g. DSC0012.jpg) shows the image number, the filespec shows the date and time recorded. Most software will give you document info about resolution of the image. I wouldn't worry about what the battery status was when the shot was taken or how many other images were on the Mstick.
I guess I'm not sure what you need.
For Models: CC4352, CC4362, CC4393.
Your camcorder has a wide format recording mode that lets you make recordings compatible with the 16x9 format. When 16x9 is activated, the camcorder records black bars at the top and bottom of the picture to produce the wide-screen (movie) effect. This is also known as "letterbox" recording.
Do not use this mode unless you have a compatible 16x9 TV. When played on a regular TV, black bars appear on the screen.
If the 16x9 feature is activated on your camcorder and you want to turn it off, press REC/PAUSE to pause recording, and repeatedly press DIGITAL EFFECTS until no digital effects display appears.
Recording a movie of a subject that is brightly lit by the sun or some other very bright light source can cause vertical lines or bars to appear in the image during playback. This is due to a CCD phenomenon called "smearing." Note that lines or bars appear in movie images only, but not in snapshots. Smearing does not indicate malfunction of the camera.
