Dos your machine sometimes continue to fill Fl could be LF I have seen the codes pop up different than the tech sheet anyway LF is a long fill wish I could tell you the exact location of the service manual WP always moves it try on the inside of the bottom panel first if not there look inside might be mounted on wall a few times located under top panel read it it will explain how to place machine into diagnostic usually on LF the unit is draining slow or the black hose that leads to the pressure switch has popped loose a rubbed against basket pulley causing a small hole in the rubber this will give a LF error hope this helps
LF (F30) LF flashes when the control don't sense any water coming in like it is supposed to do. Things to check: Hoses connected; water turned wide open. Hose screens plugged. Is water siphoning out due to having the drain hose too low? (30 inches above the floor) Pressure hose from tub to control loose, pinched, hole, Sediment in tub? Blow that tubing out and re-secure; retry with water OUT of tub so the pressure can properly build in that tubing. Bravos codes and service manual HERE
Error code [6000] or light blinking 3 times. 1. Smearing or scratches on the LF encoder. Please clean the LF encoder. 2. Foreign material or paper debris in the LF drive. Please remove any foreign materials if encounter. 3. Check cable connection. 4. Replace LF encoder or Logic Board or Paper Feed Motor or Paper Feed Roller Unit
LF flashes when the water level does not change for a period of time after the valves are turned on OR water has disengaged the basket but control does not detect a water level change.
Check the following: ? Is water supply connected and turned on? ? Are hose screens plugged? ? Is water entering the tub?
If all these are good and water is going in fast (both hot and cold) you may need a service company to come out and take a look

HI, there is not a defect notice or recall on this particular unit but, we get a lot of complaints about this specific issue concerning the LF code on a frequent basis. this issue dose concern the inlet valve.
The replacement will work better than the factory installed piece. This is basically a blind defect.(defective factory part).
The LF code indicates "Long Fill" which means it is taking too long for the water to fill the washer (times out). From the owner's manual:
"LF" (Washer is taking too long to fill)
Check the following:
Are the water inlet hoses kinked or clogged?
Are the water inlet valve screens clear?
Press STOP to clear display.
Here's a suggestion I found that worked for me:
Check your drain hose to see it it's stuffed too far down the standpipe. Another poster had this problem and it gave her LF errors.
If the drain hose hangs down too far it can siphon water out of the washer, and then the washer thinks it's taking too long too fill.
There's supposed to be a U-shaped plastic bracket that sets the length of the drain hose where it goes into the standpipe. Your installer may have tossed it.
I had the same problem this weekend. Sears said they would have to send someone to fix it. Now I have to wait til Wednesday. It better be fixed then! It's only a month old machine, and I'm livid.
