I have a bosch washer model wfk2401. i cannot get

I suspect the solenoid on the water input connection has failed, this is the unit that allows water into the machine , if you know a bit open the lid and you should see this just inside behind the cold water connection.

Does it not drain

This video will show you how to change a door seal on this bosch WFK2401

Open the panel at the bottom using a 2p coin by turning clockwise
Pull the rubber hose out of the holder and drain water into a container until stops
turn large plastic screw to the left for access to the pump
Clear away and debris bits of metal, plastic, etc that has stopped the pump.
Opposite of above to reassemble
Switch on and test... good luck!

There is a door bottom right of the system which has a screw out (by hand) plug.
Remove this and ensure there are no foreign objects such as coins, bobby pins etc stuck.

I have found this to be a problem with the Bosch systems and cost me $150 the first time.

Ensure you have some towels as when you open the plug, water will escape

I have a WFL 2060 UC on the bottom right there is a small access door. Inside the door you will find a drain plug which will unscrew counter clock wise. Water will come out so I tipped up the machine and slid a 1" deep cooking pan under the corner. When I unscrewed the plug I found a penny inside.
