Hello,

You can enter the European site for having a download for the MP470.
For installing the driver(s) administrator rights will be needed; be sure to login on your computer having administrator rights.
Do not connect the printer before installation: connect the printer after the installation has completed or when a dialog during install is telling to hook up the AIO printer.

I think that it had stucked on your computer.You can uninstall your avg anti virus by using its installation driver disc.First you put the disc on your cd drive and then avg install/uninstall shed will appear.now you can uninstall your avg.if you don`t have the disc then format your computer.that`s the only solution.

Go to Control panel = Uninstall program = remove Canon Mp470 driver... after completing = re-install the programme again.. while installing program you must select "Easy install" thanks...

I cant figure out how to install my canon mp470 series printer

Plug it in the wall socket and start it up, plug the USB cable in it (only in it, not the pc yet), download (as in Save, not Run) the installers for the latest drivers and utilities, close the browser, launch the installers and follow the instructions of the onscreen wizard.

Missing installation disc for printer

ask assistance to your friends or other if they know other persons who have the same model of printer with yours and ask to copy it. Or you may download the driver of that printer to thier site (Canon) and find the correct driver.
