Verify which parameter you are looking at when you say it shows operating frequency. There is a set frequency display and an actual frequency display. What is the actual part number of the unit?

E.OC & E.puci & E.Puch could you please advice us with the proper solution

  • mntech1 Nov 26, 2013

This combination of errors would lead me to believe there is a problem with the power stage of the unit.

I have a f5 C1B-3BOA showing a error code E.Punch can you help
paul

There is no E.Punch error and I am assuming you are seeing the E.puch error. This error is triggered when the control card reads a value from the power stage that is different from the last time it was powered up. This can be caused by a defective control card, defective power stage or someone has changed the control card. This is a normal error when the control card is changed. You can try to reset this error by writing a value to parameter Sy.3. Sy.3 is the value read from the power stage so if you hit enter it should clear the error. If it does not then there are more problems and the unit should be repaired or replaced.

Please , i have the same error ; should i use the Operator unit or a Computer to change the value Sy.3 ? TKs

  • mntech1 Jul 31, 2014

This can be done via the keypad of the display or with a computer and the COMBIVIS software. Having the COMBIVIS software will make things easier as well as allowing you to make parameter list, use the scope and give you more access to the functionality of the inverter.

When machine is running mode they shows inverter side comes E oc

  • mntech1 Aug 23, 2012

E.OC means that there is an "Over current" situation on the output side of the inverter. Potential short in the motor, motor leads or output of the inverter. Remove motor leads from inverter and try to run the system. If error does not show up, the problem is most likely external to the inverter.

F5 KEB inverter nop problem

If using bus communications (Can, ProFi, Mod, ext), there may be a communications command (Software signal) that is not being provided. Hardware and software enable signal required to obtain LS.

Possible that the terminal on the control card is bad due to miss connection or signals outside of the rated value.

Via Combivis, write a value of -4 to Fr.01. This will set all parameters back to the factory default values.

Then download your backup parameter file.

Keb inverter and lenze inverter

I would have to say that you will not be able to swap the KEB inverters with the Lenze inverters or the Lenze inverters with the KEB inverters.

The PLC ProfiBus system would most likely need to be re-programmed for the change.
