Lg stove 30755st went to self clean and 1 hour in to the self cleaning the power went off the circuit breaker did not trip now every time i pre heat the oven to 500f it shuts off at 450f and the lights come back on ten min later saying pf had techs out change control board trasformer themerstat
I will NEVER Purchase another LG product!!!!! We have had our Range for 2 years, each time i've used the selfclean option, it has burned out our computer unit AND power pad! I've called LG, called Home Depot and the extended warranty department. NO HELP what-so-ever. LG, says there is nothing they can do! So we paid $1700 for a stove that we can NOT use the self clean feature because it will put us out for a week. Its not very frugal having to take a family of 6 out to eat for a week and a half straight! And this is NOT the first time its happened! DO NOT BUY LG!!!!!!!!!!! The Customer Service will NEVER work with you if you have an issue, and once you purchase it, its out of the store's hands!
I am in the same boat. Used self clean two hour cycle and now my range does NOTHING. Can't get anyone to come and service it. Three yrs old and also paid 1700 for mine. I will never purchase another LG product again.
We've had our lg for 4 years and have this problem every year and it just went out again. LG is the worst product I've ever bought.

Usually answered in minutes!
I disconnected power from outlet for 5 mins then replugged and did no help. Panel also was a bit glitchy and buttons would work and then not work?thanks
