Incoming call cuts off an ongoing phone call

You get a button that says "put on hold" displaying if you are getting an incoming call while already talking.

Go to an authorized Apple dealer and let them fix the problem. That sounds like you might have a bug in your phone. (not a literal bug as in insect by the way)

My straight talk phone has been doing the same thing for 3 days now :( so frustrating!

abdul Rakib, it seems your green button is very sensitive, make sure you are not pressing twice and if problem persist post more comments for further help.

It stands for "auto answer". I notice that when I'm sending a text and receive an incoming call, the phone would automatically answer-which was especially annoying when it was someone I didn't want to talk to! To get rid of this, go to "Settings & Tools" then "Call Settings", then "Answer Options" and uncheck the box that says "Auto w/Handsfree". The AA should then be gone.

might want to check the handset volume .....

Press: menu scroll down to talking caller id press select scroll down once till you see "off" press select You have to do this on each handset
