With the computer off, turn the microscope camera on, then turn the computer on. If it still doesn't work, then it's likely that the drivers aren't suited to the OS, in which case you chould be contacting Motic to get the right drivers for your OS. (There are several known issues with Vista and Windows 7 and those microscopes)
Thanks Alan, if I may add some tips to your solution.
Before turning off you PC and on as suggested by you, remember to go to control panel and in device managers (under hardware) uninstall your drivers for imaging devices if (and only if) it does not show "Motic MC352+ camera" drive there. The usual error is that it would show a default win7 "Hp Camera" driver which should be uninstalled.
After doing so, follow Alan's solution...
