Welcome to Fixya. Have you tried running the software in Compatibility Mode? Depending on your version of Windows 7, you may have the ability to run it in Compatibility Mode. Try right-clicking on the Photo Explosion shortcut that is on your Desktop. Then, go to Properties from the pop-up menu. Then, select the Compatibility tab. On that tab, put a check next to "Run the program in compatibility mode for:". Then, select Windows XP SP2. Click on the OK button to save this setting. Finally, try launching the program again.

How to correct a Load MPEG VIO Driver Error in Windows Vista.
If you are experiencing this issue with Windows Vista, please follow these directions:
Note: These steps are only for Windows Vista. If you are experiencing the problem on Windows XP, please see the directions found here: KB Article 1469
1. Uninstall Photo Explosion 3.0. 2. Reinstall Photo Explosion 3.0. 3. Restart the computer. 4. Download the Vista update for Photo Explosion 3.0 from the following link:
Note: Please make sure you download the correct one for your version of Photo Explosion 3.0. If you have the Deluxe version, download the Deluxe update. If you have the regular version, download the non-Deluxe update. 5. Save the update to an easily accessible location, such as your Desktop. 6. Once downloaded, go to where the update was saved and double-click the update. 7. After installing the update, you should no longer experience this problem.
Note: It is extremely important that you do not run Photo Explosion until you have restarted the computer and installed the update. If you run the program before installing the update, you will need to start the steps over from the beginning. This comes directly from the Nova FAQs. Hope this helps!
A way to fix this error which is a font problem is to take the PE.ini from ProgramData\Ulead Systems\Ulead Photo Express\6.0 and stick it in the ulead.dat file in the Program Files (x86) if you have a 64 bit system and then find the u32Comm file in the program files (x86) and change the font to a font where it will not say that error again, I have done this in Windows Vista before and it worked, I also done it in Windows 7 and that also worked allthough right now I can't remember what font so you'll have to trial and error the fonts and maybe the sizes etc. but it's mainly a font error within Photo Explosion Deluxe, 1 problem I'm having is Photo Explosion Deluxe 3.0 loads on one desktop and loads fine newly created desktops but it doesn't load on others. I figure it was made by cheap software creators.
Some file is missing so that the messege appears. To repair the problem repair or uninstall the software. it will work . If it does not work then you have problem in either windows or installation file.
the only solution is to contact directly the support of that software cause they are more familiar with that application. just an advise, if you encountered a problem with a certain product, directly contact the support cause they are more familiar with their product.
