"it may be due to interference from electronics devices around you since
its a cordless phone ,or your phone is not getting a complete
connection, could be one cause,Please try these solutions when you
experience echo sound :

- turn the "clarity booster" function on the phone
Follow these steps to turn on clarity booster

- make sure the Echo Canceller Circuit (ECC) has been set properly
*The phone should have Echo Canceller Circuit (ECC) built in.
*This means the circuit will study the Voice Level & reduce/cut the echo automatically.
Follow these steps to set the ECC properly
1. Unplug the battery from the handset for a few seconds.
2. Re-plug the battery back into the handset.
3.
Make a phone call & at the initial stage speak loudly into the mic.
Please note: The ECC will learn at the initial stage only, so after
these steps are followed, the ECC will start working properly.or
just a simple pwr cycle ( turning the phone off) can give you a fresh
registratoin, this can improve the quality of the call. hope this helps
