I did some research here on Fixya and this is what another expert had to say.........pull the metal bar forward and down to open up into the blade
compartment. your juicer should have come with a handle type key wrench
thing that you stick on top of the blades into holes to unscrew blade
holder, while unscrewing that hold the blade still. Hope this helps you......best wishes.
Use the orange tool to remove the blade. IF you don't have the tool,
just find a big wire around 1/8 diameter thick . Bend it and insert both ends
on the blade holes. Cover the sharp blade with cloth or use leather
gloves. Turn and remove the blade. The orange filters removes easy.
Make sure the Juicer is unpluged. What you need is the cresent tool or two metal objects to place in the two holes opposite each other and press down the metal objects in the holes while turning counter clockwise. It kind of acts like a lock and key system.
Wear leather gloves or double rubber gloves. Hold on right on top of the sharp blades and turn it. You can also bend a 1/8 th inch diameter thick wire, galvanized or anything metal and insert both ends on the holes on the blades and turn it. Make sure you don't slip your hands on the sharp blades.
