time to lube the DECK belt, use WD-40 or grease. do it by each weeks. Try to loose the deck belt. in the way that you lift the belt by 2" with your finger. Otherwise, you must replace the belt+deck. See if the belt drive is to tight. And take time for maintenance the motor, replace the carbon brush+and lube the bearing.
Tighten the rear roller bolts evenly with the unit off. The correct tension is when you firmly lift up on the right and left edges in the middle of the walking belt and get 2-3 inches gap above the walking board. If one side is looser than the other, the walking belt may wander sideways. Turn the rear roller screw on the side that it shifted to in a clockwise manner(1/2 turn at a time). Test on a low speed and adjust as needed. (you may manually recenter the walking belt with your foot if it shifted too far to one side and is rubbing on the plastic edges.) You likely have a worn motor belt that needs changing or even a pulley on the front roller that is slipping and needs replacing. They all cause slippage.
Unplug the unit remove the motor shroud inspect the drive belt if the rubber feel slick then my recommendation is to replace the drive belt.
Adjusting the drive belt may take care of the problem if you do not need to adjust it too tight.
If you choose to do the adjusting and feel you have adjusted the running belt thinking it would resolve the slipping, then back the tension down until it the running belt is slipping then adjust until the slippage is resolved.
I have the same unit. First, remove the hood. Then, the motor has an adjustment screw on the belt side of the motor. Loosen the nut a little, adjust the motor up or down to make the belt as tight as you can by hand, then re-tighten the nut. This always fixes mine.
Ilike dowloading drivers for this moterboard.
Thank you very much.
I lost the manual and i need a new wristband for it too
