If you previously had Flash Player 6 for Pocket PC installed, do the following:
Uninstall Flash Player 6 for Pocket PC.
Remove the Flash Player 6 for Pocket PC installer from ActiveSync.
Restart your device.
Copy the Flash Player 7 for Pocket PC CAB file to your Pocket PC.
Double-click the CAB file to install Flash Player 7.

your pins may not be allowing your battery to hold on to a charge. you may need to remove it and clean it with alcohol, due to oxidation of the exposed metal.
Okay take out battery and put phone on charger .. then try a hard reset . and then go to a soft reset. after that put battery back on and soft retset and see if it works .
