Restriction code and network unlock code is same..Nokia Phone asks restriction code..If your Nokia Locked to network and you are trying to inserting other GSM Network sim card it will display the message "Enter Restriction Code" Without unlocking it you cannot use other GSM Network sim card.After Unlock it you can use only gsm sim card...

Try these stips one by one
First Trick : For Master code calculation http://www.nokialockcode.com/calculate.php and enter it to unlock. For IMEI *#06#
Second Trick :
1.press "unlock" button
2.then press "back"
3.then deep press unlock and then suddenly press *
4.that's all you unlocked the phone successfully.
NOTE: it will not work on all nokia phones so please check the nokia phones before practising the trick;but the trick can effectively work on most non java enabled nokia phones
Third Trick :
Remove Your Sim Card, Power The Phone On

Fourth One:
The only way you can reset the security code is to take it to Nokia or some mobile store where they will reset it using a flash cable.

The default security code for Nokia is 12345
