I have the ZyXel p320w router, everything works just fine with some laptops and PCs that I have at home. Every now and then the router would snap, the wireless conn drops , so that I cannot connect unless I go and reset the ZyXel. I think that the modem chnages ip every 20 min or so , and router has problem coping with that issue, I can acces the modem which is Siemens

check weather urwireless zero configuration is disable go to the my computer right in that manage in the manage go to the services in that go to the services in that one service is there in down wireless zero configuration just start it if already start just go for the restart

The user manual has the default username and password. if you didn't get a paper manual, check the cd, the manual may be on the cd in a manual folder.

The default address to get to the web interface is 192.168.1.1

The default password is 1234 (No username required)

If that doesn't work, you can restore it to the factory default by pressing the reset button on the back and holding it in for 10 seconds. Be aware that doing this will erase all existing configuration information.
