My Keybo keeps getting this message that says: My Email 2.0 received push message. Do you want to launch? This message comes up literally every 3 seconds and will not allow me to do anything. Please help me turn it off
YES! I finally fixed this problem for myself, having found no solutions online, from Telus or from the web. Having posted so long ago, you may have already fixed it/got a new phone. If not, or for anyone else experiencing the same problem, here's what to do:
Login to your e-mail using email 2.0 and enter your e-mail inbox itself and use the button under the screen to click the "options" button. Then, click the "down" arrow key five times. It will say "E-mail Alerts". Click this, and select "Disabled"! It might still say that you have e-mail under the e-mail submenu, but it will not force that push message **** on you anymore! Hope this helps!
