Trouble shooting kirkland refrigerator

If it does not have an ice maker the drain hose that goes from almost the top to the bottom tray is clogged up clear the hose If you can remove the top of the drain hose you should be able to blow the clog out. Then replace hose on the top drip tray.

Water gathers in the bottom of the frig?? How can I stop this? The frig and freezer do just fine. Its just that water gathers in the bottom under the two compartments for veggies.

Your drain tube may be stopped up with ice at the upper end because it drains too slow because it's stopped up at the lower end in the evaporator pan under the unit at the floor. It can get dust and mold in it. Once you get the ice out at the top a little pressure with a turkey baster will usually clear it out. Flushing it out with hot water and clorox may help. Make sure it drains quick enough to prevent refreezing. . The drain should be located below the evaporator coils on the lower back of the freezer.

At the top of the frig where the cold air blows into a small "vent" is it suppose to still have styrofoam the inside of the small "vent"? PC Water is leaking into frig and into veg bends.

most likely the drain is clogged..if it is, the water flows to the path of least resistance, hence, into the air vents and down under the crisper..remove rear freezer panel. the drain pan is located under evaporator. Defrost the drain pan if there is ice in it. there will be a small drain hole. this is where you need to see it gets open via hot water and all will be ok..make sure you hear or see it flowing into drain pan...Bruce Denton, master tech

Water collects on shelves and below the crisper bins at bottom

Your defrost drain hole is frozen closed.
Remove the back freezer panel and defrost the ice with a hair dryer.
Once the drain is clear poura 1/4 cup bleach in the drain hole.

Leaking water

test: first, turn off water supply to frig. then dry up all water. then ensure frig is running at right temperature. now gradually turn on water and observe where leak is. My guess is it is overflowing the ice-maker. there is an adjustment for this. pop off the cover over the end of the ice-maker. look for a screw adjustment. turn it counterclockwise.
