My Bosch washing machine door will not open and it keeps flashing " check door" however there is no child lock on and also no clothes stuck in door. Also I have detergent and bleach in the tray and do not want to leave it overnight that way. What do I do? I tried everything to open the door.

please verify with the product documentation that the flashing-door symbol indicates what you've initially mentioned. Apart from that, you might look for the sensor and hold it in to temporarily overcome the issue. If the door being shut is the issue, pressing in the sensor should fix the issue for you temporarily. If not, then you can work with Bosch or Home Deport to moving forward.

Prior to their arrival, you can power cycle your machine 1 or 2 times and check for the door symbol once more. It could be that they sensor has gone bad for some reason.

Regarding your information, I would say Child lock has been activated. I do not know what model or serial number of your dryer but you need to refer your machine's user manual or contact Bosch for deactivate child lock. I hope that helps. Thanks.

Child lock activated.switch off at wall wait one minute then switch on at the same time as you hold the start button which you hold for 15-30 seconds until you hear a click.

If the water in the machine is above a certain level a fail safe on the door lock will not allow it to be opened. Check the filter, make sure the machine has completely drained. Obviously, there may be a problem with the lock itself but try this first.
