f1 code on cabrio washer indicate control board sensing a pressure transducer signal water pressure sensor signal (water level pressure sensor signal taht is out range .u might have a problem with the hose that connect from washer tub to pressure switch . so if you dont know how to check it you migth want call a appliance repair tech are you can put your model number in google an they can show you a video on how to repair your washer. ok
The F1 error means that water pressure into the washer is out of range...the control on the washer learns the water pressure coming in from when it was brand new it is capable of learning just the water pressure to your house since it will vary from your neighbors...after it has learned what the normal pressure is if it doesnt see that normal pressure coming into the washer it will throw up the F1 error code
What to check is if water is coming into the washer from the rubber fill hoses with as much pressure as always did...things that could cause lesser pressure is; kinked/crushed fill hose, sediment built up in the filter screens inside of the water inlet valve( can be checked by turning off water and removing hoses and pop screen out from the back of washer where the hoses connect to)
If the filter screens are clear and water seems to coming from the hoses with good pressure...the washer control board would need to be replaced
F1(F68)-Pressure Signal Out-of-Range I telephoned Whirlpool at 1-800-253-1301. Whirlpool acknowledged the F1 fault and will send a serviceman, free parts and labor, to correct the problem concerning the "famous" F1 fault. This is even for washers out of warranty! This concerns model WTW6600SW2 washers. Be sure to get the authorization code from them so the service person cannot argue about costs.
HE Top Load Washers Models: F1 Error Code WTW6200S WTW6300S WTW6400S WTW6600S WTW6700T MTW6300T MTW6400T MTW6500T MTW6600T MTW6700T Serial Numbers: CT01 - CU52 There are four areas of concern that can cause the F1 Error Code. Each area must be sequentially addressed to ensure that the diagnosis is correct and the proper repair is completed. A) Air leaks in the air pressure (switch/sensor) hose. a. Inspect the hose for cracks, pin-holes or loose connection. b. Replace the hose and harness assembly (W10058730) if it is compromised. B) Moisture in the air pressure (switch/sensor) hose. a. Inspect the hose for evidence of water. b. Replace the hose and harness assembly (W10058730) if water is detected. C) Lint or flashing in the air dome hose connection port. a. Inspect the air dome hose connection port for lint or flashing. b. Use a small round device (small screwdriver) to ensure that there is nothing blocking the air dome outlet on the tub. D) The control needs to be replaced. a. Replace the control only after you have completed steps A - C above, and verified that there are no issues with the air pressure system.

My boss's washer has the same problem, located the tech manual inside the washer at the front it was saying to check the pressure hose for any kinks if no kinks found and problem continues replace the motor control board.
The F1 error code indicates that the signal from the water level
pressure switch on the machine control board is out of the normal
range. This can be caused by the pressure hose between the bottom of
the tub and the pressure switch being pinched, twisted or kinked. If
this pressure hose is okay, then the machine control board will need to
be replaced to correct this problem.
