First of all: when you put in paper cass. does the paper cass. produce abnormal sound like kling kling but without klang- if so the gear that rise paper is broken.( do not tray to remove and replace the gear without copy repair experience) this gear is in paper pick up unit, under the countless of clutches, spring, gears, solenoids,...
second: can you see if there is any sensor hanging, remove both cass. and try to compare!

If the machine copys normal from second cass. it is allmost 100% pick up unit.-call service

The tuck tuck sound is sound of paper pick up claw in pick up mechanism of second paper drower. The case is that the pick up clow is worn out and may be broken, so you need to replace it.To replace it you must remove complete pick up unit from the right side of copier, if you are not service technician do not do it by yourself it could be complicated if you do not know exact schedulle of parts and what does it doing.
