Hi - I assume you mean to say that the motor turns on, runs in all speeds but no power is being transferred to the planetary head and beaters?
If this was preceeded by some intermittent run conditions like occasionally skipping beaters and some louder than normal or different run noise then it's likely that the nylon Worm Gear has lost teeth and is no longer making contact with the motor gear. It is part of an assembly which is directly coupled to the motor. Disassembly is required to get at this part and some mechanical skill to replace it. If the mixer's a few years old and/or gets a lot of use, the gear grease should be replaced too. For the gears and other parts, including the grease - check out http://www.goodmans.net/get_dept_933.htm They seem to have just about every part needed and fair pricing. Appliance Parts Pros is another source of parts and diagrams. Warning - mixer disassembly is a medium complexity task and could ruin your day...
Good luck!
