Turn the system of unplug and turn the machine upside down without the water bottle. There shud be 2 drain plugs underneath. remove one at a time and force water or air backwards thru these drains to ensure no obstacle in pipes. Also check inside that no pipes are bent closed so as to block water from flowing thru. It doesnt work via a pump but a simple gravity feed system. also the cooling works diferent to a normal fridge, doesnt have gas in it it cools by a heating element that cools on the one side and heats on the other side. Also check that ur fan on the cooling side is still running properly it shud turn of after a couple minutes and turn on when the water gets hot again.hope it helps.regards.viv

Vitpar model VWD1006BLP cold water feature not cooling water is coming out room temp. I have adjusted the cool setting with no change.

Hi,

Page 7 of the manual list some options. Please make sure that you're cooling full bottles in your machine for at least 60 minutes. That is, cooling take at least 60 minutes. Heating is only 3. Double check that the fuse linked to the outlet that powers your machine hasn't blow. For more details, please check page 7 of your product manual.

Thank you.

Water temperature from the water dispenser of our new refrigerator is equal to the environment temp.it is not cold at all.is it normal?the dispenser produces ice cubes but not cold water

You may not have filled the water reservoir when you hooked up the fridge. Run about 2 gallons of water through the dispenser. Then wait about 12 hours before you draw more water. This way the dispenser will fill and have time to cool down. It should stay cold after this.
