Turn the system of unplug and turn the machine upside down without the water bottle. There shud be 2 drain plugs underneath. remove one at a time and force water or air backwards thru these drains to ensure no obstacle in pipes. Also check inside that no pipes are bent closed so as to block water from flowing thru. It doesnt work via a pump but a simple gravity feed system. also the cooling works diferent to a normal fridge, doesnt have gas in it it cools by a heating element that cools on the one side and heats on the other side. Also check that ur fan on the cooling side is still running properly it shud turn of after a couple minutes and turn on when the water gets hot again.hope it helps.regards.viv
I am unable to fill the cold water side i believe if there is water filled up in the top but than goes to a dribble i have taken all the plugs on it and have blown through them don't know what else to do
