The television has a great picture with the exception of 3 wavy lines in the top right corner. They are faint, red, blue and yellow wavy lines, that show on every channel. When I attempt to adjust the convergence, the area on the convergence screen where the lines display are out of whack and can not be adjusted exactly. Can you tell me what the problem may be and what I would do to fix the set.
I have a RCA 52" Rear Projection Television and I have the same
problemexcept my three wavy lines are on the left side of the screen
and theyare light yellow, green, and blue. I have no idea on how to
diagnosethis or fix this. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The problem is called green geometry. There is nothing wrong w/the green pix tube.It is critical to get the green geometry
accurate because the red and blue convergence overlays on
the green. If you have more than an alignment issue, that will need
repair before adjustments are attempted.
