When connecting the DVD player and the Wii, the image on each is in black & white instead of color. The yellow video out from each component is plugged into the green jack of the TV which is the only one that provides a signal (red and blue do not work)
Connect your DVD to TV correctly. The DVD is connected to the TV AV interface (RCA). There are a total of three (red, white, and yellow) cables. If you connect with a high-definition multimedia cable, there is only one cable.
