After the wash cycle is complete and the clothes are removed, the washer will slowly fill with water. We let the machine go through the drain cycle and the washer slowly fills up with water again. Any solutions?

Your water fill valve is defective. This is a fairly common problem.
This video, while not specific to the water valve will show you how to remove the cabinet to access the water valve.
The water valve is the part the water hoses connect to.

Fisher & Paykel GWL11 will not complete full cycle, and beeps with wet clothes and water in the tub. The drain pump runs, but drains water very slowly.

This machine will beep and stop washing when the load is out of balance. Have you tried removing the clothes and lying them in again (carefully) and pressing the START/PAUSE button to complete the wash?

My washer completes the cycle just fine but after I've removed the clothes, the tub slowly fills with water. This happens even when the machine is off. Is it a valve or drain problem?

well if theres more water in it now then when you took clothes out , id fail to se how its a drain issue , no id lean towards the inlet solenoid valve have a small bit of debris keeping it from closing all the way , this will probably need replacing

Kenmore HE3t Frontloader Fills Up With Water After Cycle

Does this change if you select a cold wash or a hot wash? What's the water temperature feel like when it fills? I'd suspect the water control solenoid for either the hot or cold water isn't shutting off completely. This could possibly be due to a piece of debris or mineral deposit in its seat, and could be cleaned with CLR or citric acid if you remove it. They're not very expensive and not a very hard item to change on most machines.

Maytag Washer Not Completely Rinsing

If your washer has an extra rinse button try pushing it. My Maytag refuses to wash unless that button is pushed, so in your case it may not be completing the rinse cycle correctly.

Just a suggestion.
