All of the sudden my Canon MP11DX calculator quit printing on the tape. I have put in a new ink cartridge, but this was not the problem. What else is wrong? Why won't it print on the tape?
I have the same problem every now and then. Reset on bottom of calculator, turn off the GT Rate, turn off the calculator turn back on. This always works for me!

i have inserted a new ribbon and it prints light

I have also tried replacing the ribbon, not the problem. It is already set to the "P" postion.
How can I to change the ribbon ?
The printed numbers sit so far below on the tape that I have to grap the calculator closer to me or press the FEED button to see the numbers printed on the tape. Is there a solution to this problem, other than buying a new calculator?
The numbers that print on the tape is so far down that I have to pull the calculator closer to me or push and hold the FEED button to push the paper up so I can see what printed. Do you have a solution to this problem?
