Where can I get seal rings and o rings for my pressure washer pump without buying an entire seal kit? Faip 193490.

I don,t nothing by the brand of this pressure washe but i think there is also a large round oil seal is maybe broken or is not good or ring is not in his seat. but a cuff-kit has most times has not the 3 oil seals on the pump cover under the brass pumphouse this are the first rings simmer rings but before you have no problems with oil leak , are they not forget ? look carefully on the image of the cuff-kit or on the site of the brands models spares . if the brass pumphouse was released then you have replace the 3 simmer rings oil seals yet.

What you have is a generic pump from china more than likely. Its built along the line of a FAIP pump. They arent supposed to have the oil changed in them at all. Most are sealed pumps but may have a plastic plug in it. If you must replace the oil then I would suggest Pressure washer parts catalog quick links Pressure Washers High Pressure... and get this item 4.5 OZ. AR64545 OIL FOR AXIAL PUMPS. It is recommended for pumps built similarly but not for your specific pump. But it should work. Good luck. W

If you need to replace the spring then replace the entire kit. Ball, spring and oring. Most pumps that come on the newer TRoy bilts are AR RMW pumps. the parts diagram can be found here at http://www.arnorthamerica.com/manuals/rmw-om%201006.pdf

You could have one are two problems with the pressure washer.
1...pump for pressure washer worn and needs washer/seal replacement.
2...Need to adjust the pressure discharge relief valve to the needed pressure.

Your water inlet may be stopped up. Whether this model only has a screened hose washer or a better filter, pay special attention to that. Be sure the pathway is free and clear.

Take each of poppet valves and while pushing (with a pencil or something) on the part that moves up and the spring pushes it back down - with magnification and lots of light, be sure there isn't a small piece of debris affecting one of those valves. Its easy to miss, so look very closely.

Next, remove the hose from the pump. We are by-passing the entire unit that includes pressure hose, trigger gun, lance, spray nozzle. If it seems to pump a lot of water out of the pump--then the problem is most likely the trigger gun is clogged or the pressure nozzle is clogged. Some trigger guns can be taken apart -- some, not so much. Same with nozzles.

it sounds like the seals in the pump are worn out.if you can purchase a replacement seal & o'ring kit you can do it yourself.get the model number and buy the kit to suit.dis asssemble the pump and replace the o'rings & seals.assemble pump and test.

I don't know about that brand of power washer.
We used several types of power washers over the years, and they each called for 20 or 30 weight non-detergent oil in the pump. SAE 20 or SAE 30

The pump oil comes about half way up inside the pump.

The engine oil is 10W30



Do not turn a power washer on its side or upside down or oil will run into carburetor.

usually you can get a seal kit for your pump. I would need the model number to direct you to the parts you need.
