Mine has 2 female ends. 3 people 1 of which is an engineer have come to the conclusion that they put 2 female ends on and we can't charge. Plus there are no replacement blades as advertised on the box and it needs batteries for the controller even though it states "batteries included"

Yes, take off the cockpit cover and you will find the correct plug to charge.

We had the EXACT same problems with ours! Two female ends on battery and adapter, no blades, no batteries. I tried to call the company, but the voicemail was full so I emailed the problem. Will let you know if they offer any other solution.

In the "cockpit" area there is a lead which will connect to the charger. When you're finished charging the internal battery, disconnect this coupling, and attach it to the lead form beside the motor. Good luck.

First,
Disconnect the wire at the helicopter, then connect the charger to the wire that goes to the batters.

My green air hog helicopter is spinning on the ground, it won't lift and fly, how do I fix it?

Hi,
There is a problem on the motor gear, check the underside where you could see a big gear that should spin when you try to lift the helicopter. Check both big gears if they rotate/spins.
Usually the problem is the small gear on the motor shaft that is not aligned to that big gear. Check on it and adjust the small gear of the motor.

Hope that copter flies high.
Thanks for asking FixYa!

Helicopter keeps spinning in circles and won't lift.

There is a "trim button" on the controller. Ex: if the helicopter is spinning left, press the "R" trim button repeatedly. Takes a little practice to get it down to flying with out hitting anything. Good luck.
