Or take a torch and hold it back far enough from the main board so that it only gets hot air on it. Sweep it over all the tiny little components and at an angle to any BGA (Ball grid array) mounted IC's, so as to get the heat up under the chip.
Probably shouldn't even suggest this, but it's worked for me... but I'm crazy, so don't try this at home.
