Hello, My mother's Jet 3 has been sitting for about 8 months and we charged it for two days. Found out the batteries were dead and replaced them with brand new ones. Once installed, when turned on the battery level is at full and just blinks non stop and doesn't move what so ever... Can you please help!? She desperately needs it fixed asap... Dave

You should charge the batteries overnight every day you use it and every few days if not using to get the most life. If it is not going to be used for weeks or months you should charge the batteries then either remove or unplug the batteries from the main control box if possible.
If you haven't used it for the last 8 months and before it was all fine then the most common reason would be the battery. Your battery is absolutely dead but then again if you plug it to AC then it must show some sign of life. But give it a go by replacing new battery. To check get it from a friend and then test the camera on it.
If the battery replacement doesn't work then take it to an authorized dealer for inspection.
If you have someone do a load test on her batteries I'm sure they will find one weak battery that does not stand up under the load. Make sure that the batteries are fully charged before they do the load test and if one or both of the batteries drop more than a volt and a half under load then they must be replaced Most batteries are under warranty for 6 months lets hope you made it under the wire. Now if Medicare paid for her chair then they will pay for a set of new batteries contact the provider where she got her chair for repair Hope this helps
Sorry but it sounds like weak batteries. I would replace both batteries and after installation fully charge before use. Then ask Mom to use the chair more each day so you can charge them overnight each day for the next 20 days. It will break in the batteries and get them operating at 100%. If you can get her to use it more and charge it overnite and always put it up at full charge the batteries should last 2-3 years Hope this helps
Hi. As for a warranty, most battery suppliers give a 6 month warranty or a 1-year warranty. The machine will take 35 amp/hour batteries. Make a few phone calls around your area, and go for the best price and best warranty.
Good luck. Neil.
under warranty will not count on liquid damage if you take the battery out you will see a red dot that tells you water damage i have dried out some mobiles take out battery and sim leave on warm radiator couple of days then try again if still the same then it spares cost way too much to put right needs mother board ,and connectors hope this helps
replace your battery, a battery discharges every day you dont run the alt. to charge it up... after a week or 2 weeks the battery would be dead, just from a car sitting not being started... if you are not using the vehicle, it is a good thing to replace the battery, and every couple days just start the car up and let it run a while to charge the battery.... if you are going to have to leave the car for a while without starting it, then disconnect the battery, and remove it from the vehicle... you can buy a cheap trickel charger for the battery when it is out that will keep it charged till you decide to put it back in.... hope this helps you...
