Can't send photos and theres a problem getting on 2 the web.Says there a network problem.

Its not that nobody wants to help, but without some kind of detail we dont have the information help you,

At a guess, the Picasa issue, is separate from the network issue, so lets set that aside. Picasa is a popular program for images on a computer, and you can use Picasa on a computer to import photos from a phone by USB cable, or by SD card. I have never heard of picasa software being installed 'on' a camera but I don't know.

The network issue seems to be that it cannot connect with your home network WiFi. Why? We don't know. Probably settings whih have been changed.
Take the camera to another location and see if you can make it attach to a completely different network by doing the setup from scratch on that network (you will need the network password for that network).
If you can't do that, maybe the WiFi card in the camera has failed?
Use the SD card in the camera to copy your photos to a computer with an SD card reader.
See if the manual gives you the instructions to do a factory reset on the camera.

Go into your control panel there should be a shortcut 4 it there. Right click and choice option "send to desktop create shortcut"

Important notes
The computer communicates with cameras with photo softwares required installation. Photo software installed has to be compartible with the brand camera. Generic photo softwares installed on the computer can recognise any built-in cameras, camera connection attachements. Once, a photo software has been click opened, the features fucntionalities of capturing snap shots, editing, and saving are made possible from any available camera devcies. Built-in computer cameras have already installed softwares locatable on the menu programs task bars.

A separate camera used to acquire photos elswhere requires connections to the computer from which manipulations become possible. Any already existing photo media softwares would recognise to intergrate a camera connection. For the camera to function while connected to a computer would require the feature functions of an opened photo editing program.

A computer built-in camera can perform on the network only by opening the photo windows software provided on the web. The internet web cam for example provides the opportunity to search and locate any cameras attached to the computer for network communications. Such an instance easily recognises the built-in computer camera. A separate camera would require connection compartibilities to the computer systems, and possibly the network type. A network that provides photo camera softwares incompartible to the cameras connected to the computer would require generic softwares installations for communcations to take place between camera, computer, and a network of computers.

Downloading pictures from Web photo album to your HTC phone can be done in two ways. Wired and Bluetooth.

For wired:

1. First, check the memory settings of your HTC and make sure to set the external memory card as your default storage.

2. Connect the USB cable that came with your HTC to the computer and to the device. Let the computer detect the handheld.

3. The computer will assign a drive letter for your HTC (i.e. I: F: G:).

4. Open your web photo album and right-click the picture that you would like to send to the handheld.

- If there is an option to "Send To", select it then select the drive letter that is assigned to your HTC. The picture will be copied to your device.

- If the option is copy, copy the picture > open the drive letter of the HTC > right-click on any space > then paste. It will also copy

For Bluetooth:

1. Make sure that your computer has Bluetooth connection. If the computer does not have a Bluetooth, then you can only use the wired connection.

2. Enable the Bluetooth on your computer and on your HTC. Then pair the two devices.

3. Once paired, right-click the photo that you would like to download > Send > via Bluetooth > then select your HTC. > Send.

Unfortunately your phone does not have any connectivity except for GPRS. No BT, No IR, no USB. So the only answer is to get GPRS activated on your phone by asking the helpline of your service provider. Once GPRS is activated you will be able to send and receive emails, both with and without attachments.

Try accessing the web browser. If you are able to load the page, this rules out one possibility. If you are unable to load the web page, contact your service provider (AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, whomever) to verify you have a data feature active on your line.

If you were able to load the web page, contact your provider because some type of provisioning is incorrect with your internal MMS settings.

Probably not configured for web access and multimedia messaging... refer to the network provider for programming update if you want these services.

contact your network provider and ask for a gprs sim update or gprs install message, this will automatically sort the prob

what's your network provider?
Ask them to send you a settings of GPRS and MMS so you can send and receive images.

contact ur network provider..let them activate ur gprs and mms so that u can send and receive mms..
and to check for ur mailbox from ur fon,browse the web(if ur fon internet is activated,thats why the gprs must be activated so that u can use internet from ur fon),click option,then go to web address..just explore it and ul know it..
