Washingmachine error My WIDL 126 EX fills with water, then emptying some of it, and nothing more happens. The machine is still on and making noise. The "on/blocked" counter is flashing rapidly, the same is two of the function buttons. Could it be human error or has some malfunctioning occured? Sincerely Michael

Check back of washe with a flashlight for a bent or clogged drain hose. Do not move washer to check it. When you move it , it will straighten out and you will never know if it was bent
Also while it is pumping , pick up end of drain hose at drain and observe the volume of water being pumped.
If no water then the Pump needs replaced.

Asuming the water is in the washer, then it sounds like the element could be faulty, to be certain, you would need to test it with a meter, and don't forget it is filling with cold water, so will take a lot longer to get hot.

Check delay swith has not been operated also try resetting prog.. handbook shows you this,

Hi, could be your timer motor, timer or water level switch, first push timer knob in and manually advance to wash or spin cycle (program) then pull knob, see if machine operates, let me know, then i can tell you exactly what's problem.also advance timer, to spin cycle (program) machine should pump out water, or you can lower drain hose into bucket and empty machine, you should empty machine and try again, let me know what happened, we can solved this together. good luck.

If it's not spinning, the transmission is bad. If it's just not emptying the water, the pump is clogged or bad.

Unless you can replace the transmission yourself, it would be a better bargain to buy a new washer.

my indesit widl 126 is not drying.

Tell me, is the machine compleatly dead or what is it doing?

this could be down to a poor connection from one pcb to the other, best thing to do is disconnect one block at a time (make a note of where it goes) and clean the connections.
REMEMBER TO UNPLUG FIRST

Electric inlet valve doesn't close properly. You should get it replaced ASAP. It is a cheap part and quite easily replaceable. Turn off water to your machine until you fix this and keep it unplugged.
