check your coil pack it sounds like it is shorting out the pack has a gel in it when the gel starts to break down the pack shorts itself out 45 mins is enough to solidify the gel thats why it starts. it can also be a bad crank sensor.
a bad crank sensor can cause this. shuts off while going down road, and will start about 10 min, later with no problems runs fine until it quits again. hope this helps,
check the harmonic balancer(crank pulley) to see if it is loose or soaked with oil. if it is loose, the balancer could be broken off around the crank shaft. try turning it by hand, it should not turn easily.
if it is oil soaked this wil also damage the balancer.
these 2 conditions can throw the timing in and out, causing your problem.
