Why is water leaking out evey day???

The first answer Katherine correct one with one exception; you do not have a problem in the defrost system because you are getting water from the defrost. You may have a clogged (and now frozen) drain, or a faulty defrost heater which supposed to keep the drain from freezing up.
Defrost the drain with hot water and make sure to test running water through the drain down to the drain pan. If it freezes after you cleaned it, replace the DRAIN heater only.

Water dripping

YOU MIGHT HAVE A FREEZER DRAIN TUBE FREEZING UP AFTER DEFROST AND BACKING UP IN FREEZER MAY NEED TO BLOW OUT DRAIN AFTER YOU DEFROST AND EVEN PUT A WIRE INTO DRAIN WRAPPED AROUND DEFROST HEATER TO HELP KEEP IT FROM FREEZING UP. THE WIRE WILL DRAW HEAT INTO DRAIN WHEN IT GOES INTO A DEFROST CYCLE

Clarkk I have seen this many times. Your drain is clogged. If you pull the drawers out and pull the top cover you will see the evap. On the cover you will find a nozzle that goes to the drain. Use some compressed air and blow out the drain. In some cases there will be some silicone that will need replaced. You can get a food grade silcone sealant at a hardware store. Hope this helps.
