RCA HD52W59 Projection TV

My tv is showing vertical lines any idea on how to fix it or what parts would be needed to fix it?

Is that the convergence board? I saw a part number for the whole board of 264103. The wavey vertical line comes and goes. It is just one line so was not sure what it was

Was not sure if I need to just get the Converance amp board which a referb is 264103R and the power Converance board. Should I get both or do you think the 1 will do the trick?

my picture is they exact same except i have many red, blue and green lines and three of them are thick wavy lines

if it was me i would send it to ptscorp and get it repaired and if theres nothing wrong then you know it's the other board.

otherwise i would get the amp board that has both the stk's on it

is the line horizontal or vertical ?
you have some sort of a deflection problem its either vertical failure or the yoke return circuit on the horizontal has a failure

At the top of TV there is a color line that is bowed it will not show a picture and another problem is the color. For example when it says menu on the screen you can see it in red, gren and blue not just...

Ur tv have a problem known as a convergence picture problems it is dead.Tv have any colors lines R,G,B mis alignments,have colors shadows picture or 3D pictues look alike?Yes.The tv convergence board it dead have to be fix like replacing 2 STK convergence ICS and some or all of it resistors too.Fixed the convergence board to solved tv convergence picture problems.The tvs shops will cost u like $300-350 for parts and labors.

The FBT,the flyback transformer is dead.Some the transitors in the deflection board is dead also.U know how to used a Ohm meter,and know soldering.Tries wesite like Tv repair World.com will help u to find the cause and replacement parts.

HD52W59YX39 no convergence, bowed color lines, the rest of the TV works OK. Who has parts? 40 years ago I was a TV repair person.

you can get any part needed at www.tvrepairworld.com it sounds like the ITC222A convergence option missing kit is needed.

It seems to be that your TV is a CRT. So you can fix this issue, you need to adjust a tube that's inside of the TV. This is something complicated, so what you will need to do, is to get a tech to go to your house so they can fix it.
