Life Fitness T3 treadmill won't turn on. Power from outlet is fine. 4 red lights are on by motor under front floor panel. Tried resetting, per owner's manual (pressing Stop and Down Speed), but nothing happens. Treadmill like new, just disconnected and gently moved to different location in house. Is it as simple as the "phone line" connection not connected properly into the display panel?

See if you can replace the fuse.

If there was a fuse in the treadmill it certainly wouldn't cause your main circuit breaker to blow. It sounds like the motor burnt out and shorted- which is causing your house circuit breaker to blow. There is a chance that the ball caused some other damage that is creating the short but my bet is on a burnt out motor. You would need to disassemble the unit and test for short circuits to verify.

3 Check your wall outlet for less then 5 Bucks you can buy a wall outlet tester that tells you if your Outlet is good Or Bad.4 DO NOT Attempt to service this item on your own the way they make treadmills you have to have a qualified service tech come out and fix it because the risk of serious shock or death is emminent.

Have you checked the drive belt @ the motor, if it is OK then check the fuse, if it is ok then the brushes in the motor may be worn out

It sound like the Motor Control Board is failing call Life Fitness @ 1-800-351-3737 they will give you additional information and locate a servicer in your area
